At HandysCompany, we believe in complete transparency. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair for both our customers and our professional partners.
1. Membership Refund
- Within 3 Days: If you purchase the ₹699 membership and change your mind within 3 days (without having availed ANY free service or inspection), you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After Usage: If you have used the membership for even a single repair service or monthly inspection, the membership fee becomes completely non-refundable.
2. Service Cancellation
- You can cancel any booked service for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time (when the technician is already en route), a nominal cancellation fee of ₹99 may be applied to compensate the professional for their time and travel.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.
